Pinotage is a grape first grown in South Africa. This wine uses whole bunch fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8 days under semi-carbonic conditions. It's then aged for 5 months in 225L barrels after which it spends 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Expect bright fresh field picked berry fruits, followed by a light peppery and spicy finish.
