With our Pilsner we set out to prove that you don’t need an expensive brew house or complicated equipment to brew a good lager. All we need are temperature controlled tanks, access to the best raw materials, patience and time. Yonder Pils is mashed on a bed of meadow hay and mixes up the classic approach of strictly noble European hops, by giving British hops and opportunity to show you what they can do.
It’s crisp & spritzy. Its herbal bitterness is the perfect palate cleanser and damn, it’s refreshing!
Born through the combined passion for three things: Foraging, flavour and fermentation. Brewing and blending innovative and clean wild slow beers in the Mendip Hills of Somerset, with an eye towards traditional brewing methods and barrel ageing.
