Dry hopped with 2019 crop of Nelson Sauvin and Citra hop flowers at 10g/L in May 2019. The Solaris grapes were grown locally to us at Frithsden Vineyard in Hertfordshire, then transported chilled to their winery in Bethnal Green. It's bottle fermented to create a proper English sparkler. Reminiscent of a hoppy IPA, tropical and juicy, but finishing like a sophisticated wine.
