The Monastrell vines are grown in sandy soils. Grapes are whole bunch fermented in stainless vats with native yeasts. This a refreshing and highly drinkable red. Deep cherry-red in appearance but also cherries on the nose with plums and dark ripe fruits. Liquorice and herbs on the palate with a smooth dry tannic finish.
