Farmhouse Ale with added brettanomyces. After fermentation in steel tanks, the beer is transferred to oak barrels together with apple juice and Brett. The beer ferments and matures for 12-16 months and then filled into champagne bottles. The beer is matured in bottle for a few months before sale.
