The Chilean Pais grapes are picked from 200 yr old gnarly bush vines planted on volcanic sand. Naturally fermented with no sulphur added then aged in Rauli beech wood barrels. This wine is rustic and on point - its fresh and lively juicy grapes lead to a tart acidic finish. Earthy with lots of fresh red fruit.
