Nice One is a collaboration with our good buddy Calum. Before we started Newbarns, we almost moved to Canada to set the brewery up with Cal on his farm. We Still talk almost daily about brewery life, and everything he's making is right down our street - simple & delicious. So this is a Pilsner based around the ideas of Saison brewing. We used local single-farm wheat malt, mashed it like a Saison & used loads of Coriander in the whirlpool.
