Brewed with a large amount of wheat, holding the middle between a Belgian Witbier and a Saison. Hints of citrus and floral notes of chamomile combine followed by the classic Wheat beers aromas of banana and clove. Refreshing with a touch of acidity and bitterness.
Since 1946 St. Bernardus Brewery have brewed strong dark and blond Trappist abbey ales. Using their own abbey house yeast, premium quality malts and hops from their own hop bines next door to the brewery.
