Meeting of old world and new with Hallertau Blanc giving a wine like but continental hoppy base for BRU-1 to push its bubblegum on top and Azacca to flesh out the whole affair with ripe pineapple and a touch of dank. Lightly hazy from heavy hopping, this beer finished refreshingly dry while remaining bright, light and pretty refreshing with a pretty heavy nose of all things esters and hops.
